Product Model: PV1500DC - AL
Pr:droduct Standard: 2dradnatPG 2642 standard
Product Usage:
Series cables between photovoltaic modules on the DC side in the photovoltaic power generation system, parallel cables between strings and from strings to the DC distribution box (combiner box), and cables from the DC distribution box to the inverter.
Product Execution Standard:
2 PfG 2642/01.22 "Requirements for Aluminum Alloy Core Cables for Photovoltaic Systems".
Special Characteristics:
- Weight Reduction and Cost Reduction: Compared with copper-core photovoltaic cables, under the substitution of the same electrical conditions, the weight of the cable can be reduced by 15%, and the material cost can be reduced by about 40%.
- Excellent Weather Resistance: Both the insulation layer and sheath layer of the cable adopt special irradiation cross-linked polyolefin materials for photovoltaic cables with a temperature resistance of 120°C, enabling the finished cable to have good characteristics such as ultraviolet resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame retardancy, and environmental protection. The service life of the cable is not less than 25 years.
- Excellent Creep Resistance: The creep resistance of the new alloy conductor is three times that of ordinary aluminum and equivalent to that of copper, ensuring stable and reliable electrical connections.
